How It Works
1. We reach out to schedule your first install
2. You receive 1 install + 1 refresh per month or per quarter
3. Customize monthly or keep a consistent look
Booking timeline:
- First installs should be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly or annually
- We'll confirm refresh dates and seasonal themes with you directly
- This allows time for design planning, customization, and material preparation.
Scheduling & Refreshes:
Each subscription includes one install and one refresh per billing cycle** (monthly or quarterly). We will coordinate refresh timing with you based on your business hours and décor location.
Design Customization:
You may choose a consistent branded look or request seasonal themes. Customization preferences should be submitted at least 7 days before your install date.
Date Changes:
We understand things come up! You may reschedule your install or refresh with at least 72 hours' notice, based on availability.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions may be paused or canceled with a 30-day notice.
