1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing, accepting delivery, or arranging for pickup of balloon décor from The Balloon Tycoons, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Release of Liability: Once balloon décor leaves our care (delivery completed or pickup by client), The Balloon Tycoons is not liable for any damage, popping, deflation, or deterioration of balloons, nor for injury or damages arising from their use or storage.

No Guarantee on Longevity: While we use high-quality professional balloons, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after delivery or pickup.

Environmental Factors: Weather conditions, sunlight, temperature, pets, children, sharp objects, foliage, vehicle conditions, and other environmental factors can negatively affect balloons and are beyond our control.

2. Replacement Policy

We will replace balloons only if damage occurs while in our care specifically during transportation or on-site installation.

Once setup is complete or delivery is accepted, all risk transfers to the client.

3. Balloon Care Instructions

Heat & Sunlight: Balloons may pop within an hour in direct sun or extreme heat (including inside cars).

Cold Temperatures: Very cool environments may cause helium to shrink, reducing size and float time.

Breezes & Air Currents: Constant airflow accelerates helium loss and reduces float time.

Proper Storage: Keep balloons away from heat sources, sharp objects, and direct sunlight indoors and outdoors.

4. Safety Warnings

Helium Inhalation: Do not inhale helium. While non-toxic and non-flammable, helium can displace oxygen and cause loss of consciousness or death.

Outdoor Release: Do not release balloons outdoors. Released balloons can cause power outages or harm wildlife.

Latex Balloon Choking Hazard: Children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Dispose of broken balloons immediately.

Biodegradability: Our latex balloons are made of 100% natural latex, which is biodegradable and not plastic.

5. Inclement Weather Policy

If inclement weather prevents installation, The Balloon Tycoons will reschedule the event within six (6) months at a mutually agreed date.

A minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice is required to coordinate rescheduling.

6. COVID-19 & Refund Policy

Due to the customized and perishable nature of balloon décor, all sales are final.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including COVID-19 or other unforeseen cancellations. Rescheduling policies apply as outlined above.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Balloon Tycoons, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use, handling, or storage of balloon décor after it has left our care.

8. Photo & Media Release

By engaging The Balloon Tycoons for your event, you grant permission for The Balloon Tycoons to photograph and/or record balloon décor and event setups created by the company. These images and videos may be used for marketing, advertising, social media, portfolio, and promotional purposes without compensation to you.

You understand that no personal identifying information (such as names or addresses) will be used without additional written consent. If you prefer not to have images of your event décor used, you must notify us in writing before the event date.

9. Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver, Care Policy, and Photo Release.

Our balloon arches start at $110 . The price depends on your delivery location, the siaze of your arch and if you want it customized or themed for your event.

Our balloon garlands starts at $350 . The price depends on your delivery location, length/size of your garland and if you want it customized or themed for your event.

Our balloon decor prices vary depending on what type of balloon structure you would like, where it will be delivered and what details you would like implemented.

A balloon drop is an amazing way to celebrate the new year or accomplishments. There's nothing like balloon and confettie flying from the sky!

For our balloon backdrop, we use anywhere form 300 + balloons depending on the size of the balloon drop. 

Instead of a balloon release, let us build you a balloon structure that is customized to your event. That's right, with custom decals we create specifically for each event and many other detailed balloon types. These balloons wil be sure to let your guests know why they are there.

Our balloon decor prices vary depending on what type of balloon structure you would like, where it will be delivered and what details you would like implemented.

We take care of the balloon setup for you. All we need to know is your delivery location and what time you need your balloons delivered and our team will take care of the rest. We also breakdown your balloon decor as well and make sure all balloon decor is cleaned up.
